HEAD OF OPERATIONS – TULEAR
To manage and lead the Tulear existing operations (hatchery, nursery, sea-pens and processing factory) to deliver the company short-term and mid-term objectives with the identification, structuring and execution of performance improvement plans while mentoring and coaching the team towards completion.

To manage and to lead the day-to-day relationships with our fishermen village partners – existing and future – so as to develop in a long term view the output, both in number and in quality and consistency. Critical to this position is the understanding of the various communities’ key drivers (one does not fit all!) thanks to immersing into their life-style and breathing and living as they do. A structure mind is required to ensure a proper data collection and analysis for corrective and improvement action plans.
SEA PENS BREEDING & PRODUCTION MANAGER
To “live and breathe” the growth of the sea cucumbers at sea, to plan and monitor their wellbeing, harvest cycle and to manage and lead the team nurturing this process. This encompasses the planning of the maintenance of the sea pens as well as the appropriate sizing of those in line with the company’s objectives.
To structure the gathering, storage of business data and analyze it in a view to bring to management a sound view of the activities with recommendations for prompt decisions.
SEA PENS SITE OPERATIONS & ADMIN MANAGER
To manage the Admin & Logistical requirements of the site facilities and operations (housing quarter & operations facilities), which are carried-out day-time as well as night-time.
NURSERY INNOVATION PROGRAM OFFICER
To identify, design and implement optimization actions for an enhanced use of the nursery set-up towards and beyond its designed capacity. This includes productivity improvement programs.
